Cindy Andersen has been Managing Director of Ingka Centres since February 2021, having joined from Inter IKEA Group. She has over 15 years’ experience in business leadership, strategy and organisational transformation.
Cindy has worked for IKEA since 2008 in many various roles. Prior to joining IKEA, among others, she worked for A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. Cindy holds a Master’s degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg University.
She is one of Europe’s most prominent young female business leaders in real estate. Cindy is passionate about diversity and equal opportunities and is fully committed to take the lead in these important subjects.
Cindy lives close to Malmö with her husband and three children. She loves spending time with her family, hiking and running.
