“We will continue to do our best to provide services for a more convenient shopping experience and home furnishing solutions that create a better life at home for the many people.”

IKEA Korea has been recognised by the Korean Standards Association as the leading home furnishing company in the second half of 2023, securing the top position Korean Standard-Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) for the sixth consecutive year.
Developed jointly by the Korean Standards Association and Seoul National University Institute of Management Research, KS-SQI is a service quality evaluation model based on consumer evaluations across industries. In this year’s evaluation of 52 industries and 214 public institutions and companies, IKEA Korea’s commitment to delivering excellent services and enhancing competitiveness was once again acknowledged, securing its top position in advancing Korea’s service industry.
To meet customer needs, IKEA Korea offers Interior Design Services for general and business customers, maintaining service quality through a return and refund policy for customer satisfaction. Aligning with the non-face-to-face consumption trend, the omnichannel service area is reinforced with phone consultation, online video planning, and other enhanced services. Furthermore, the company demonstrates its dedication to sustainability by responding to resource circulation and climate change through services including buy back, spare parts orders, and zero-emission vehicle delivery.
Isabel Puig, CEO, IKEA Korea, said, “We are very pleased and honored to be ranked No. 1 of KS-SQI among home furnishing companies for the sixth consecutive year.” She added, “We will continue to do our best to provide services for a more convenient shopping experience and home furnishing solutions that create a better life at home for the many people.”
